Prices are per unit and exclude nothing you’d expect: the inspection, the on-site same-day digital report, and — on multi-trip packages — the joint inspection and rectification review. Landed homes are quoted individually because size and scope vary too much for a fixed rate; see landed inspection.

How much does a defect inspection cost in Singapore?
BTO flats start at $109 for a 1-Trip inspection; condos start at $179. Price scales with property type, unit size and the number of trips (1, 3 or 5). The full rate card is published on this page — no hidden add-ons.
What is the difference between 1-Trip, 3-Trip and the Post-Reno add-on?
1-Trip is the initial inspection and report. 3-Trip adds the joint inspection with the developer/BSC and a rectification review. The Post-Renovation add-on is priced on top of the 3-Trip package and covers a post-renovation inspection plus a final review and handover — together the full Defects Liability Period package.
Is there a deposit?
We may ask for a small $50 deposit to secure your slot; the balance is paid on completion. Booking is one WhatsApp message with your exact quote prefilled — no sales call.
Are you cheaper than other defect inspection companies?
