★★★★★“For those still on the fence about getting a defects checker, I cannot recommend Defects Guru enough! They are professional, prompt in all their responses, and go the extra mile. You may be considering doing the checks yourself: reading up, tap-tap-tapping each individual tile etc, but honestly the experts know what they're doing, and we're so happy we hired them. The Defects Guru team identified way more things than my partner and I ever could have; they go to the extent of shining light at multiple angles on the wall to identify bumps in the paint. When they went down and realised my HDB rectifications were not carried out as planned, they even offered a complimentary extra trip to make sure everything was settled properly. It's absolutely worth saving your time and leaving the experts to take care of your home.”
★★★★★“I would like to sincerely thank Heilman and Khalid for the exceptional work they have done throughout all three defect inspections for our new home.
From the very first inspection until the final follow-up, both of them demonstrated outstanding professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. They were extremely thorough in identifying defects that many homeowners would have easily overlooked. Their experience and careful approach gave us confidence throughout the entire process.
What truly stood out was how they guided and advised us every step of the way, especially during difficult situations. Despite encountering rude and unprofessional behaviour from certain HDB staff, Heilman and Khalid remained calm, respectful, and highly professional at all times. They handled matters professionally and ensured that our concerns were properly highlighted and documented.”
